Christian Daboud is a seasoned professional in health equity and mental health services, currently serving as the Manager of Health Equity and Indigenous Reconciliation at Middlesex-London Health Unit since August 2021. Previously, Christian held the position of Director of Services at Craigwood Children, Youth, and Family Services, where oversight of clinical programs was a key responsibility. Christian’s experience also includes serving as Acting Manager of Implementation at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, focusing on sustainable system-level changes in mental health. Prior roles at CMHA Elgin encompassed directorships overseeing community mental health services and program development. Christian holds multiple degrees and certificates, including a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Western University and a Certificate in Indigenous Cultural Safety from the Provincial Health Services Authority BC.
