Jason Doerr

Jason Doerr has extensive experience in the credit union industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Jason started in 2001 at Origen Financial, where they served as the Vice President of Business Development and later as the Vice President of Mortgage Operations until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at First Commerce Credit Union, leading multiple departments and achieving significant loan growth. At Achieva Credit Union, they served as the Vice President of Consumer Lending from 2010 to 2012, where they led a team and oversaw all consumer loan products and lending practices. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Partners Federal Credit Union, where they held the position of Vice President, Consumer Lending. In this role, they managed a large team across different regions and was responsible for all consumer lending operations. Jason is currently the Vice President of Lending at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union, a position they have held since 2019.

Jason Doerr earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Jason also completed the Ecocentric Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership from 2012 to 2018, focusing on ongoing leadership development.
