Jennifer Stewart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as SVP of Operations at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union since August 2012, Jennifer leads the implementation of innovative Artificial Intelligence projects, including Virtual Assistant Administration and SMS/Text Communication. Throughout a progressive career at MIDFLORIDA, Jennifer has held various leadership roles, such as VP of Operations and VP of Training, emphasizing enhancements to digital experiences and driving sales growth. Prior experience includes branch management and loan officer positions at Railroad & Industrial Federal Credit Union and other financial institutions, coupled with a strong educational foundation in business management and finance from Saint Leo University and CUES University.
