Habib Akkari

Habib Akkari is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Midis Group since October 2024, Habib previously held significant positions, including Head of HR for the Eastern Hemisphere at Excellence Logging and HR Transformation Program Manager at Majid Al Futtaim. Prior experience includes HR Director for Asia Pacific & Middle East at Subsea 7, Senior HR Manager at Weatherford, and HR Director for the Eastern Hemisphere at United Safety. Habib has also worked at Baker Hughes as Regional HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager for the Middle East, India, and Southwest Asia, and contributed to Global Talent Acquisition at Petrofac. Academically, Habib Akkari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Balamand and a Project Management certification from CMCS.
