Previously, Eichten held the position of Director of External Sales at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas from May 2014 to August 2023, where oversight of sales efforts for all product lines to large employer groups in a 103-county service area was a primary responsibility. Eichten was also the President of Peoples Benefit Group from January 1999 to April 2014. Eichten obtained an Associate's Degree in Financial Planning and Services from The American College of Financial Services between 1980 and 1984.
