In their most recent role as the Vice President of Marketing at Midland Industries, Adella excelled in managing brand integrity, coordinating marketing projects, and collaborating with sales teams. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing Director and Visual and Social Media Director at the same company, where they focused on brand unification, designing marketing tools, and managing social media platforms.

At Lifestyle Publications, Adella worked as a Layout Designer, ensuring the integrity of monthly magazine layouts and keeping up with design trends. Adella also served as an Advertising Designer, managing advertising creatives and approving print and web advertisements.

Adella's experience at Axiom Strategies allowed their to expand their graphic design skills by creating logos, banners, and digital ads for Republican candidates during the 2016 election year.

Before that, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at CodeRed Headsets and held the role of Art Director and Graphic Designer at Hollywood Sports Paintball Park. Their responsibilities included overseeing art direction, producing marketing assets, and managing a team of designers.
