Joni Milligan

Joni Milligan has an extensive work experience. Joni started their career at National City Bank as a Financial Sales Representative in 1999 and worked there until 2001. Joni then joined Bank One as a Relationship Banker from 2001-2002. After that, they worked at State Farm in various roles, including Team Lead - Accounts Payable, Operations Specialist, Senior Financial Specialist, and Team Leader - Loan Operations, from 2002-2011. Since 2012, Joni has been working at Midland States Bank, where they held the positions of Manager - Quality Control & Collateral Management and Senior Operations Manager before becoming the Director - Lending Operations. Joni has managed multiple cross-functional teams and has handled responsibilities such as QC/Loan Funding, Collateral Management, Loan Document Preparation, Loan Servicing, Consumer Collections, and more. Joni's experience includes overseeing teams and managing operations across different locations in Illinois and Missouri.

Joni Milligan completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Accounting at Heartland Community College from 2000 to 2002. Joni then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at Greenville University from 2014 to 2015.
