Tom Treon

Tom Treon has a progressive work history in various engineering and management roles. Tom started as an Electrical Engineer at Hobart Brothers Company and Thermal Arc before transitioning to Midmark Corporation. At Midmark, they held positions as an Electrical Engineer, Product Manager, and Engineering Manager, where they demonstrated leadership in new product development. Tom then worked at Pride Mobility Products Corporation as the Director of Advanced Technology. Returning to Midmark, they took on roles as the Senior Product Manager, Senior Manager of Corporate Development, and eventually the Director of Upstream Marketing, showcasing their strategic and analytical skills in driving growth and innovation within the organization.

Tom Treon earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton in 1993. Tom later completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Strayer University - Jack Welch Management Institute in 2015. Prior to their college education, they attended Versailles High School from 1986 to 1989.
