Rebecca Hays has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rebecca started their career as an IT assistant at Fort Cherry School District in 2007 and later worked as a Help Desk/Trainer at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP for six months in 2008. In 2009, they joined UCP/CLASS as a Technology Technician and was responsible for various IT tasks such as server upgrades, software maintenance, and staff training. In 2010, they became an IT Administrator at Advacare Home Services Inc., where they provided hardware and software support, conducted training sessions, and offered after-hours support. From 2012 to 2017, Rebecca worked at FedEx Ground as a Project Manager for field applications, leading support teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing schedules. In 2018, they joined Sierra Experts as a Project Manager Engineer, overseeing customer projects and liaising with internal teams, customers, and vendors. Currently, Rebecca is working at Midnight Blue Technology Services as a Project Manager/Office Manager/HR Director, where they handle client and employee onboarding, project management, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements.

Rebecca Hays pursued their education starting in 1998 by attending the Western School of Health and Business, where they obtained an Associates degree in Medical Assistant Specialist. Rebecca'sacademic journey continued in 2005 when they enrolled at Pittsburgh Technical College to specialize in Computer Forensics. After two years of dedicated studies, Rebecca successfully completed their program and earned another Associates degree.
