Vlad Malysh has been working in recruitment roles within the IT and game development industry since 2021. At Midnight Works, Vlad currently holds the position of IT/GameDev Recruiter, taking charge of recruitment processes and ensuring candidates represent their experience effectively. Prior to this, at Romark-Сode Software, Vlad served as a Recruitment Lead, establishing workflow, assigning tasks, and overseeing quality control within the recruitment department. As an IT Recruiter, Vlad was responsible for creating the recruitment process and conducting interviews with potential candidates, while also contributing to the development of recruitment strategies for the organization.
