James Cody Hill

James Cody Hill is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as the Economic Development Manager and Redevelopment Agency Manager for Midvale City since March 2020. Prior to this role, James held the position of Analyst at Lewis Young Robertson & Burningham, Inc. from April 2015 to March 2020, providing analysis for various municipalities and special districts on projects including economic development and fiscal impact studies. Additional experience includes internships with Spanish Fork City and the U.S. Department of State, along with various roles in sales and education.
