Jon Sheltmire has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jon started their career at Activision in 2005 as a Production Coordinator, where they managed various project facets for multiple game titles. Jon also served as a Technical Requirements Group Lead, overseeing a team of up to 10 testers, and as a Quality Assurance Lead, managing a team of up to 20 testers.

After their time at Activision, Jon worked at Pollin8 as the Manager of Social Content + Communications. Jon then joined ISG Technology, Inc as a Project Manager, specifically focusing on data center projects. Following that, Jon pursued a Masters in Art Education at the University of Missouri.

Jon's next role was as the Creative Director at Zimmer Radio and Marketing Group, where they contributed to the organization's creative and design strategies. Jon later joined MayeCreate Design as the Manager of Internal Projects, responsible for overseeing internal projects.

Most recently, Jon began working at MidwayUSA as a Digital Marketing Analyst, utilizing their expertise in marketing analytics and digital strategies.
