Stephen Carter

Stephen Carter is an experienced air traffic controller with a comprehensive background in aviation management and operations. Currently serving as an Air Traffic Controller at Midwest ATC since March 2018, Stephen previously held the position of Air Traffic Manager at Midwest Air Traffic Control Services Inc. from March 2016 to November 2017. Stephen's extensive career in the United States Air Force includes roles such as Assistant Manager of Radar Approach Control, Manager of the Air Traffic Control Tower, and Training and Standardizations Manager for air traffic control, reflecting a strong track record in leadership and operational oversight. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, obtained in 2008.
