Scott Beaubien

Scott Beaubien has over 20 years of work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Scott started their career as the Director of Recruiting at Merritt Hawkins and Associates, where they successfully placed physicians with hospitals and clinics. Scott then worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Spencer Reed Group, where they focused on staffing and marketing for national pharmaceutical companies. After that, they served as the Managing Partner at Netwise, Inc., developing marketing strategies for IT consultants. Scott then joined Sprint as a Strategic Recruiter, achieving high production goals and reducing turnover for IT positions. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations at Midwest Consulting Group, where they translate strategic plans into operational plans and develops staffing strategies. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, strategic planning, and business development.

Scott Beaubien attended Pacific Western University from 1989 to 1991. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Finance.
