Melissa has over 15 years of Human Resource Management experience in several industries including Supply Chain and Logistics as well as Food and Beverage Manufacturing. Here at Midwest, she is responsible for all of the Human Resource Management functions such as strategic planning, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and policy administration.
