Bill Neal

Bill Neal has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Bill has worked as a Vice President - Portfolio Manager at MidWestOne Bank since October 2021, where they conduct research and contributes to the security selection process. Prior to that, they were a Vice President - Investments at First Community Trust, N.A. from January 2018 to October 2021. In this role, they managed portfolios, performed due diligence on mutual funds, and researched new investment ideas. From December 2007 to September 2018, they worked as an Investment Officer at American Trust & Savings Bank, where they served as the lead trader and conducted due diligence efforts.

Bill Neal attended Western Dubuque High School from 1999 to 2003. After completing high school, they enrolled at Kirkwood Community College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate degree in Liberal Arts. Bill then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Finance at Loras College from 2005 to 2007. In 2011, Bill Neal obtained the Series 65 certification.
