Lauren Sanders

Lauren Hackman currently serves as Vice President and Director of NY Development at Midwood Investment & Development since May 2018. Previously, Lauren held the position of Vice President in Acquisitions & Development at Zeckendorf Development from May 2014 to May 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Summer Associate at The Dermot Company, Inc. and Assistant Vice President in Commercial Real Estate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Lauren underwrote over 100 construction financing requests. Additionally, Lauren completed internships at Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and STAG Capital Partners. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate Development, Real Estate Private Equity, and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, along with a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
