Inese Zepa

Inese Zepa currently serves as the Head of HR Baltics at Miele, a role commenced in January 2023. Prior to this, Inese worked at Novartis from June 2019 to January 2023 as a People & Organization Business Partner for the Baltics, focusing on HR consultation and project participation. Inese's previous experience includes a position as HR Business Partner at BALTA part of PZU Group, where responsibilities encompassed performance management and compensation systems. Additionally, Inese spent almost a decade at Fontes Executive Search & Leadership Development, progressing from Consultant to Survey Team Leader and board member, managing compensation surveys across the Baltics. Inese's career began as a Project Coordinator at Riga Technical University, overseeing international relations projects and student recruitment. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Organization and Management of International Economical Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Riga Technical University.
