Charsetta Henderson - SPHR has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 1990. Charsetta began their career at Kraft Foods as the Director of Human Resources in 1990. In 2011, they moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at Namaste Laboratories, LLC. In 2017, they became the Owner and Lead Consultant at CMH Consulting Group. Most recently, in 2019, they took on the role of Vice President Human Resources at Mielle Organics LLC.
