Andrew Bieberich

Andrew Bieberich is a Senior Systems Biologist at Miftek Corporation since March 2023, focusing on integrating biological detection needs with instrument design considerations during R&D. Prior to this, Andrew served as a Senior Staff Scientist at AsedaSciences, Inc. for a decade, contributing to the development of the SYSTEMETRIC Cell Health Screen and collaborating with algorithm designers for machine learning applications. Earlier experience includes a Research Scientist role at Purdue University, supporting multiple research projects, and a postdoctoral research position utilizing molecular tools to study small molecule therapeutics. Andrew's career began as a Senior Technician and Production Manager at Reel Stream LLC. Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology and Parasitology from Purdue University, a Master’s degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Rochester, and a B.A. in Biological Science from Wabash College.
