Frederick Michna

Frederick Michna has a strong work experience spanning various industries and roles. Frederick is currently serving as the Principal at MIG CAPITAL AG since June 2022. Frederick also holds the position of Board Member at talpasolutions starting from April 2023. Frederick has experience as a Board Observer at NavVis, wealthpilot, and November - Vorsorge & Bestattungen, all from 2022.

In terms of their earlier roles, Frederick worked at Kearney as a Principal in Leadership, Change & Organization from July 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Manager in Financial Institutions at Kearney from January 2018 to June 2021. Frederick started their career at Kearney as a Senior Consultant from October 2015 to December 2017.

Before joining Kearney, Frederick worked at Mountain Partners as an Investment Manager from 2012 to 2014 and as a Business Development Analyst and Investment Analyst earlier. Additionally, they completed another Bachelor's Degree in International Management Double Degree (IMD) from NEOMA Business School, from 2008 to 2010.
