Evgenii Shershnev

Evgenii Shershnev has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of Global Quality at Mighty Buildings since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant and QMS auditor from February 2020 to December 2022. Before that, they served as the Head of Quality Assurance Department at the State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" from November 2017 to November 2020. Evgenii also worked as a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager at GE from December 2016 to December 2017. Evgenii started their career at United Aircraft Corporation, where they held various roles including Metals Purchasing Manager - Quality Leader, Senior Quality Assurance Expert, and Design Engineer from December 2010 to December 2016.

Evgenii Shershnev holds an Engineer's degree in Materials Science from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Evgenii completed their Bachelor of Engineering and Technology in Materials Science and Technology of New Materials from the same institution. In 2021, they obtained a MITx Principles of Manufacturing MicroMasters from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In terms of additional certifications, Evgenii received a Data Analyst Professional certification from Practicum by Yandex in 2020. Evgenii also obtained certifications in Supply Chains for Manufacturing: Inventory Analytics and Management in Engineering: Strategy and Leadership from Massachusetts Institute of Technology | edX in the same year. Additionally, they have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from GE in 2017. Furthermore, they obtained a Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from World Education Services in 2020. Lastly, they have completed MicroMasters Program 2.961.1x: Management in Engineering I from Massachusetts Institute of Technology | edX in 2019. Evgenii is also currently pursuing an Ice Hockey Coaching Certification from USA Hockey, which they are set to complete in December 2022.
