Sergey Zolotarev

Sergey Zolotarev has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Sergey began their career as a Lead Teller/Teller in Lipetskkombank, where they supervised a team, provided customer service, and conducted training. After that, they worked as a Treasury Specialist and Internal Auditor at Yuterra, overseeing inventories, monitoring compliance, and managing bank guarantees.

Sergey then joined adidas Group as an Internal Auditor, where they documented SOPs and policies and published internal newsletters. Sergey later moved to SEPHORA, where they worked as an Internal Auditor, participating in global internal control assessments and conducting business process audits.

Following their time at SEPHORA, Sergey joined Faberlic as an IT Quality Assurance professional, developing guidelines for documentation and incident management workflows. Sergey also contributed to the continuous improvement of software development and technical support processes.

After Faberlic, Sergey worked at Accenture as a Consultant in the Retail Industry Practice. Sergey played a key role in evaluating business process efficiency and delivered research-based ideas to enhance operations.

Currently, Sergey is a Lead Technical Writer in the Continuous Improvement team at Mighty Buildings. Sergey'sresponsibilities include writing and maintaining technical documentation, as well as participating as an expert in documenting business processes for ISO 9001 certification.

Sergey Zolotarev earned a degree in Economics from the Branch of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Lipetsk, from 2005 to 2010. In addition, they obtained the CPE (Cambridge English: Proficiency) certification at level C2 in CEFR from the Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2012.
