Annie Wilks

As VP, Global Business Operations, Annie leads MightyHive’s strategic global business operations to accelerate company growth & international expansion.

Annie joined MightyHive as an early employee in 2014 in Account Management where she managed half the total book of business. Drawing on her relationship management and leadership skills, Annie transitioned into Global Business Operations in 2016 where she has created the core operational backbone of MightyHive, including building departments and managing the Legal, People Operations, Workplace Operations, Talent, Global Service Delivery, Technology, and Post-Merger Integration departments.

Annie has deep expertise in building culture and cross-functional collaboration across international markets. She holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley in International Relations focusing on Globalization and Business Ethics.
