Scott Yacko

Scott Yacko has a strong background in data science and machine learning. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Data Science & Machine Learning at Media.Monks, where they connect content, data, digital media, and technology services. Prior to this, they held various roles at MightyHive, including SVP of Data Science & Machine Learning and Vice President of Data Science & Machine Learning - Global. At vuurr, they were a Co-Founder and played a crucial role in developing stable and efficient digital campaigns and web applications. Scott was also the Co-Founder and COO of Ringtrail. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Interim Director of Programmatic Search at MightyHive, the COO & Head of Data Science at Levers, and the Founder of Circlestone Media. Scott has experience outside of the digital marketing industry as well, having worked as a Lean Six Sigma Program Manager at WESCO Distribution, an ISC Manager - Avionics at Honeywell Aerospace, and a Unit Manager - Turbo Machinery Products at Goodrich.

Scott Yacko earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification from Google in June 2023. Scott also holds certifications such as Google Professional Data Engineer (September 2019), Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect (January 2019), Google Analytics Certification (June 2014), Lean Expert Certification from Honeywell (January 2009), Six Sigma Black Belt from GE (May 2003), and PLC Programmer (Programmable Logic Controllers) from Automation & Controls, a division of GE, in September 2001.
