Scott Malm

Scott Malm is an experienced professional in human resources and hospitality management, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Migis Hotel Group since February 2013. In this role, Scott oversees various functions including seasonal and international hiring, training, compliance, and payroll management. Additionally, Scott has been with Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake since February 2005, contributing as Resident Manager and Assistant Front Desk Manager, where responsibilities include guest service, reservations, and interdepartmental collaboration. Previously, Scott held positions as Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Agawam Council and Assistant Camp Director at Camp Agawam, alongside early career roles in customer service and hospitality. Scott holds a Master of Education from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Lawrence University.
