Carly Leach

Carly Leach has over 10 years of experience in the jewelry design industry. Carly currently holds the position of Design Director at Mignonne Gavigan, where they have been since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Manager at the same company starting from March 2020. Carly also founded their own company, Caroly Colby, in 2014, where they served as the Founder and Designer. Before that, they worked as a Senior Jewelry Designer at Haskell Jewels, LLC. from January 2017 to March 2020. Carly also had experience as a Jewelry Designer at Lydell Jewelry Design Studio LLC from August 2013 to April 2014, and as a Jewelry Designer for the Lucite Collection at Alexis Bittar, Inc. from August 2012 to August 2013. Carly's career began at Lulu Frost Jewelry, where they started as a Design Intern in February 2010 and eventually became the Design Director, holding the position from June 2010 to August 2012.
