Serge has built and managed a remote finance team, implemented financial controls, and ensured regulatory compliance across multiple markets. Serge also serves as the Head of FP&A, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting. As the Co-Founder of MBAs For Africa, Serge empowers entrepreneurs in the diaspora to start businesses in Africa. With a background in financial planning and analysis at CSE Insurance Group and experience in business valuation at Deloitte, Serge brings a wealth of expertise to their current roles.
