Petra Weigert

Petra Weigert is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of the Human Resources Department at migrolino AG since May 2024. Previously, Petra held the position of Group Head Human Resources at Swiss Prime Site from April 2014 to May 2024, and led the HR Business Partner Team at KPMG Switzerland from 2007 to 2014. Petra's early career included roles as a Senior HR Business Partner at Mercedes-Benz AG and HR-Business-Manager at PwC Switzerland, where involvement included consulting and the integration into IBM. Petra's foundational experience was at ABB from 1998 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a CAS in Business & Corporate Development Strategies from the University of St.Gallen, a CAS in Change Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, and a Bachelor in Banking & Finance with a focus on Human Resources from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur. Additionally, Petra is pursuing a certified board member qualification at the ZfU Center for Enterprise Management AG.
