Patrick Becher

Patrick Becher has a varied work experience spanning over two decades. Patrick most recently worked as a Program Lead LAGO Data & Insights at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at iptiQ by Swiss Re, including Strategic Product Owner, Head Technology Delivery, and Head Program Management. Patrick also worked at Synpulse Management Consulting as an Associate Partner, Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Additionally, they served as COO & Head of Business Operations a.i. at iptiQ by Swiss Re. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked at Johnson & Johnson Medical as a Finance & Controlling Assistant and Finance Project Lead. Patrick also volunteered at Pratham Gujarat Education Initiative and held a position as a Financial & IT Assistant at Swiss Life Real Estate Partners. Patrick began their professional journey as the President and VP Finance at AIESEC Zurich.

Patrick Becher has a diverse education history. From 1997 to 2003, they attended the University of Zurich, where they obtained a lic. oec. degree in Business Admin., IT, and Law. In 2017, Patrick became a SAFe® 4 Certified Program Consultant through Scaled Agile, Inc. Continuing their education, they pursued various digital transformation programs at IMD, starting in 2020. Within IMD, Patrick obtained multiple certifications, including a Digital Excellence Diploma, Leading Digital Business Transformation, Digital Execution Program, and Leading in the Digital Age. Additionally, they completed a Digital Transformation Programs Diploma at IMD in September 2022. Patrick also holds several additional certifications. In October 2023, they obtained certifications in Advanced Competitive Strategy from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) learning from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they completed certifications in Infrastructure and Application Modernization with Google Cloud and Managing Machine Learning Projects with Google Cloud from Google Cloud Training Online in October 2023. Overall, Patrick Becher has a strong background in business administration, IT, law, digital transformation, and various digital strategies and technologies.
