Colin Frei

Colin Frei is an experienced professional currently serving as an employee-elected board member at Migros-Gruppe since June 2023, where responsibilities include shaping group strategy and advocating for the interests of 100,000 employees. In addition, Colin holds the role of Agile Leader and SAFe Architect at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund since May 2021, focusing on technical foundations for agility across 18 teams. Previously, Colin co-led Liip from June 2011 to May 2021, contributing to the company's growth and self-management transformation. Earlier experiences include full-stack web development at Internet Brands and customer service and development roles at Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. Colin's educational background includes pursuing a Board Diploma at Swiss Board School, a CAS in IT Management & Agile Transformation from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz.
