Marine Allançon is the Head of Customer Excellence at Miinto where Marine has developed and implemented a VIP loyalty program to drive retention and impact profit. Marine also achieved record cNPS/cSAT scores for VIP customers and collaborates with cross-functional teams for seamless execution. Prior to Miinto, Marine was a Senior Technical Business Analyst at Trustpilot where Marine helped customers solve technical issues. Marine has a Master's degree in Marketing from EIML Paris and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from IAE Montpellier.
