Shonta Needham

Shonta Needham has extensive experience in production and quality assurance across multiple roles in the manufacturing industry. Currently employed at Mikart, LLC since April 2019 as a Quarantine specialist, Shonta focuses on equipment set-up, package filling, and adherence to quality system guidelines to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Shonta worked at Adecco from April 2016 to April 2018 as a Machine Operator/Assembly Worker, managing the lens production process and verifying data input. Additionally, Shonta served as an Inspector at Dart Container for a brief period in late 2016, where responsibilities included conducting visual inspections of foam cup products and ensuring packaging integrity. Shonta holds an Associate of Science degree in Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller from Ultimate Medical Academy, completed between 2017 and 2018.
