Jamie Kawchuk

Jamie Kawchuk is a skilled maintenance worker currently employed at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing since May 2019. Prior to this role, Jamie served as a research assistant at UBC Okanagan from May to December 2017, contributing to projects in the Advanced Micro-Fluidics Lab under the supervision of Mina Hoorfar, where work focused on methanol fuel cell membrane design and portable water contaminant detection devices. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, earned in 2019.
