Mads Sanderhoff

Mads Sanderhoff is the current CFO at Mikkeller. Mads has held this position since June of 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an auditor at BDO Danmark from December 2014 to May 2017. Before that, they were a finance assistant at Badminton Danmark from April 2011 to November 2014.

Sanderhoff is responsible for Group Financials (Bjergsø Holding ApS) in a fast-growing start-up (300m DKK in revenue – 2019 level). This includes managing the FP&A in a complex Group with activities such as: 30 subsidiaries worldwide, production and distribution of premium beers to over 50 countries worldwide, 50 retail locations worldwide with different concepts (bars, restaurants, brewpubs etc.), worldwide E-commerce, clothing, chocolate, festivals, sports clubs etc. Mads has also built up team, systems and processes (Build the ship while sailing), managed a team of 6 people, and managed a crisis situation like the COVID-19 pandemic in the retail industry.

Mads Sanderhoff has a Cand.merc.aud from Copenhagen Business School, an HD(R) from Copenhagen Business School, and an HD 1. del from Copenhagen Business School. Mads also has a Kontoruddannelse med speciale i økonomi from Niels Brock, a Markedsføringsøkonom from El Camino College, and a Markedsføringsøkonom in Marketing og entrepreneurship from Niels Brock. Finally, they have an HHX from CPH West.
