The team that would go on to found Mila had a wealth of experience in the telecom industry and innovation. They had held various positions at Swisscom, including vice president of service experience and innovation, head of business development and innovation, and head of interaction management. They also had a history of working on projects together at Swisscom. In addition to their work experience, the team was well-educated, with degrees from some of the top universities in the world.
