Credentialed Diabetes Educator at Mildura Base Public Hospital

Jade Kelly is an experienced diabetes educator with a strong background in leadership and research. Currently serving as Deputy National Leader and State Leader for the QAAMS program at QAAMS since July 2021, Jade also works as a Casual Research Assistant at Deakin University and as a Credentialed Diabetes Educator at Mildura Base Public Hospital and JK Diabetes Management and Education Consultant. Jade's commitment to diabetes education is further evidenced through a long-standing role as a Diabetes Vic Road to Good Health Facilitator at Diabetes Victoria since July 2016 and previous positions, including Deputy State Leader at Flinders University and Diabetes Educator at Coomealla Health Aboriginal Corporation and Mallee District Aboriginal Services. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and a Bachelor of Nursing, both from Deakin University.
