Elle Janc

Elle Janc has extensive experience in strategic initiatives and program development within nonprofit organizations, particularly in the youth services sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Mile High United Way, Elle previously held the role of Manager of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to that, significant contributions were made at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver in various roles, including Development Associate and Club Director. Additional experience includes positions such as Unit Director-Waterloo (Interim) and Volunteer & Education Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Cedar Valley, as well as Unit Director of Evansdale and Program Aide. This diverse background reflects a strong commitment to youth development and community engagement.
