Aliana Comeau

Aliana Comeau is a seasoned professional in wellness and mindfulness with extensive experience in teaching various yoga styles and facilitating mindfulness programs. Currently, Aliana serves as a Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher at 10XTO and a Senior Facilitator at Twello, specializing in workplace mindfulness meditation and yoga training. Aliana's teaching portfolio includes roles at Annex Dance Academy, GoodLife Fitness, Granite Club, and Miles Nadal JCC, where Aliana instructs yoga for diverse groups, including prenatal and youth mindfulness programs.
