Bradley Viggiano

Bradley Viggiano has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Indian Spring Golf Course, where they assisted in planning new programs, educated customers, and managed competitions and outings. In 2016, they transitioned to the food service industry and worked as a Server at Olive Garden.

In 2018, Bradley joined the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company as an Assistant Supervisor of Employee Administration, before being promoted to Employee Administration Supervisor. In these roles, they managed a team, supported HRIS systems, and addressed employee questions and concerns.

Bradley also gained experience in the recruitment field, working at Scientific Search from 2019 to 2020. As a Researcher, they sourced candidates, reviewed resumes, and screened potential hires. Bradley then became a Technical Recruiter, where they developed sourcing strategies, assessed candidates, and managed applicant tracking systems.

Most recently, Bradley Viggiano has been with Miles Technologies since 2020. Bradley started as a Technology Advisor, Software, where they provided needs assessment, architectural design, and consultation for software solutions. Bradley then transitioned to the role of Software Coordinator, managing projects, software releases, and customer improvements.

1. From 2014 to 2016, Bradley attended Rowan College at Burlington County, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.

2. From 2016 to 2019, Bradley pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, as well as Human Resources Management and Services at Alvernia University.
