Michael DiMunno has a diverse work experience spanning IT systems analysis, help desk technician, Target protection specialist, and assistant manager positions. Michael started their career at Manhattan Bagel as an assistant manager, where they supervised meal preparation, ensured customer satisfaction, and managed inventory. Michael then worked at Target as a protection specialist, providing security services and working with DVR equipment. Later, they joined PC Helps as a help desk technician and computer consultant, troubleshooting software and hardware for fortune 1000 companies. Currently, Michael is working at Miles Technologies as an IT systems analyst, conducting in-depth analysis of IT infrastructure, ensuring best practices are met, and performing documentation for new clients.

Michael DiMunno attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Computer Science. After that, from 2004 to 2006, they attended Rowan University, also focusing on Computer Science. In 2013, they obtained a certification in VMWare Certified Associate: Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV) from VMWare / Pearson Education.
