Roberto Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Roberto began their career as a Crew Member at Wendy's in 2010 and later worked as a Sales Representative at Vector Marketing, where they achieved impressive sales results. In 2013, they started working as a Computer Technician, initially as self-employed and later at Rowan University Information Resources and Technology as a Helpdesk Agent. At Rowan University, they handled various IT support requests using different communication modes. In 2017, Roberto became an IT Technician at the Moorestown Board of Education, where they provided IT support to South Valley Elementary School, including maintenance of smart boards, projectors, and other equipment. Currently, Roberto works at Miles Technologies, where they started as a Helpdesk Consultant, primarily supporting law and marketing businesses. Roberto later became a Support Specialist and is currently serving as an Information Technology Support Manager.
Roberto Gonzalez attended Rowan University from 2012 to 2019, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. In July 2018, they also obtained a certification in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA.
