MILESTONE PROJECT SERVICES
Charles Mistich has over two decades of experience in leadership and management roles within the project services and shipyard industries. Since January 2013, Charles has served as President and General Manager at Milestone Project Services LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and strategic direction. Prior to this role, Charles worked at Grand Isle Shipyard from September 1999 to January 2013 as Asset Manager, playing a key role in managing resources and assets for various projects.
MILESTONE PROJECT SERVICES
Milestone Project Services provides project management resources utilizing exclusive processes developed in-house to deliver value through streamlined planning and real-time tracking to minimize downtime and reduce risk throughout execution. Additionally, Milestone provides Inspection and 3D Laser Scanning services. Structural, piping, instrument, and electrical design can be performed within the 3D model, providing designers unprecedented flexibility to propose and evaluate potential alterations.
