Caryl Ridgeway

Caryl Ridgeway is the current Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Milestone Retirement Communities. Caryl has held this position since August 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer from April 2020 to August 2020. Caryl also served as the Vice President of Operations from September 2018 to April 2020.

Before joining Milestone Retirement Communities, Caryl Ridgeway worked as an Informatics Specialist at INTEGRIS Health from August 2017 to January 2018. In this role, they served as an EPIC information technology consultant to hospital leadership and clinical disciplines. Caryl was responsible for improving the design and ongoing enhancement of clinical and operation business intelligence programs and processes utilizing best practice informatics tools and models.

Caryl Ridgeway has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma, as well as an Associate in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Rose State College. Caryl is also certified by the Metro Tech Vocational Inst in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and by the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards in Residential Group Care/Assisted Living Administrator.
