Richard Muller

Richard Muller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and IT service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Transition & Transformation at Milestone Technologies, Inc. since July 2018, Richard previously held significant roles including Sr. Operations Manager for ITSM Programs at the United States Department of Defense from November 2008 to June 2018, and Principal Consultant at Jlamarie Consulting Services from October 2006 to October 2008. Earlier in the career, Richard worked as the Director of Global Network & Data Center Services at KLA-Tencor and as the Director of Global Engineering & Service Delivery at DHL Worldwide Express. Richard began the career in telecommunications as a Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard from July 1985 to May 1995, and possesses educational credentials from the United States Coast Guard Institute obtained between 1987 and 1993.
