Carissa Chua

Carissa Chua has a diverse work experience in the fields of client success management, growth, and marketing. Carissa is currently working at Milieu Insight as a Client Success Manager since March 2023. Previously, they held the position of Senior Executive, Growth at Milieu Insight from September 2021 to February 2023. Before that, Carissa worked as an Account Executive at Isentia Singapore from February 2020 to July 2021. Their earliest role was as a Marketing Intern at Bureau van Dijk - A Moody's Analytics Company from September 2015 to February 2016. Carissa then progressed to become a Marketing Executive, APAC at the same company from February 2016 to January 2019, and later as a Senior Associate, Demand Generation from January 2019 to November 2019.

Carissa Chua completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business, specializing in Marketing and International Business, from Murdoch University in the year 2018. Before that, they obtained a Diploma in International Business and a Diploma Plus in Japanese from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. During their time at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Carissa also had the opportunity to study abroad at Copenhagen Business School through an Overseas Merit Fellowship in 2015. Their field of study during their overseas program was Social Welfare and Economic Competitiveness.
