Josiah Tan

Josiah Tan has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. In 2013, they interned at HealthServe Ltd. Josiah then worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at Synergraphic Design Pte Ltd in 2014. In 2018, Josiah joined Nielsen as a Fast Forward Intern before transitioning to the role of HR Executive from February 2019 to December 2019. Currently, they are employed at Milieu Insight as a Senior Executive Human Resources, starting in February 2020.

Josiah Tan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Murdoch University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Psychology and Community Services from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Josiah also holds several certifications from LinkedIn. In March 2023, they obtained the certification "Improving Your Thinking." In April 2023, they obtained certifications in various fields such as leadership, employee engagement, training program design, performance management, strategic human resources, and people analytics. These certifications demonstrate Josiah's commitment to professional development and expanding their knowledge and skills in the field of psychology and human resources.
