Kevin Wickersham, MS, CEM, serves as the Response Section Manager at the Washington Emergency Management Division since June 2021 and holds leadership positions as President and Vice President of Region 10 in the International Association of Emergency Managers. Additionally, Kevin has been involved with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as an IMT Planning Section Chief and Specialist since June 2019. Previous roles include Informatics Section Manager and Preparedness and Response Unit Supervisor at the Washington State Department of Health, as well as positions in emergency response education and management at Boston University and various healthcare institutions. Kevin earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Emergency Management from Boston University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Boston College, supplemented by advanced training from FEMA's National Emergency Management Executive and Advanced Academies.
