Melanie Rogers

Melanie Rogers is an experienced professional with a strong background in budget analysis and administrative support. Currently serving as a Capital Budget Analyst for the Military Department of Washington since September 2019, Melanie previously held roles including IT Budget and Lean Coordinator and Executive Assistant within the same department from 2009 to 2019. Prior experience includes a position as Franchise Coach/Manager at Dream Dinners and various roles at the Washington State Patrol, where responsibilities included administrative support and emergency dispatching. Melanie holds a Master of Health and Nutrition Education with a focus on Holistic Health from Hawthorn University, a Bachelor's of Social Welfare from the University of Washington Tacoma, and an Associates Transfer in Social Work from South Puget Sound Community College, along with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Washington Tacoma.
