Leah Debber

Leah Debber is an experienced studio manager with a strong background in coordinating complex operations and managing multiple studio spaces at Milk since January 2017. Leah has held various roles, including Assistant Studio Manager and Weekend Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing shoot budgets, coordinating with producers, and overseeing a team of 15 employees. Previous experience includes working as a Booking Agent at Prestigious Models Talent Agency, where Leah coordinated talent casting and photoshoots, as well as a Producer for an ecommerce photoshoot at Urban Fitz Inc. Early professional experience includes customer service roles in the hospitality industry, alongside equipment management and support roles in educational settings. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production and Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
